One Nation leader Pauline Hanson says there’s no place in her party for right-hand man Steve Dickson after his x-rated antics at a US strip club.

Footage of Queensland One Nation leader Steve Dickson during an alcohol-fuelled strip club romp, in which he groped a stripper and made offensive comments, has shocked Pauline Hanson.

The One Nation boss told voters they deserve better after the video of Mr Dickson cavorting with dancers at a Washington DC strip club last year was aired by Nine Network.

During the dark and grainy recording, Mr Dickson is heard saying “now that young lady has got a wonderful set of cahoonas” and “I’ve done more Asian than I know what to do with”.

Mr Dickson, who was also a Senate candidate, resigned as soon as footage of his x-rated antics was broadcast on Monday night.

Senator Hanson said Mr Dickson’s language and behaviour had failed to live up to her expectations and those of voters.

“I am both shocked and disappointed at the vision I forced myself to watch,” she told reporters on Tuesday.

“I am both a mother of three boys and the only female leader of a political party in this country … and I cannot, and will not, condone my own candidates dealing with women in this fashion.”

The One Nation leader said she was “absolutely sick” of getting “kicked in the guts” all the time.

“Why is everyone so frightened of myself, why is everyone so frightened of One Nation? And it’s quite evident in this election,” she told A Current Affair on Tuesday. 

She also admitted if she could turn back time, she would tell Mr Dickson not to travel to the US.

Senator Hanson said Mr Dickson offered his resignation from all positions within the party and she accepted it.

Mr Dickson’s name will still appear on the upper house ballot paper on May 18 but Senator Hanson said voters would know he no longer represented One Nation.
