Backstreet Boys heading back Down Under

The world’s biggest selling boy band, the Backstreet Boys, will bring their DNA World Tour to Australia next May.

September 13, 2019

Dust off your Airwalkers and start practising your moves, the world’s biggest-selling boy band – the Backstreet Boys – are heading back Downunder.

Twenty-six years after it all began, AJ McLean, Brian Littrell, Nick Carter, Howie Dorough and Kevin Richardson are again bringing their harmony-laden pop and choreographed moves back to Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

The 90s heart-throbs will kick off the first of their four DNA World Tour shows at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on May 20 next year.

It’s followed by Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on May 22, Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne on May 26 and RAC Arena in Perth on May 30.

Featuring their signature, flawless dance moves, costume changes and giant video screens, fans will be hit with classics such as I Want It That Way, Everybody (Backstreet’s Back) and As Long As You Love Me.

The Boys, now men, will also perform songs from their tenth studio album, DNA.

They last toured Australia in 2015 with their World Like This Tour.

Tickets go on sale September 23.
